Abyss2 (zm_abyss2) is a Zombie Mods map in Counter-Strike Online.
Background
The rescue team, that was dispatched to rescue the survivors who had fallen to Rex Laboratory B-1, had planned to make their entry by going through Ward C, a soldier training facility. However, C-5 has already been attacked by unidentified life forms. The rescue team and the survivors they met made every attempt to escape, but their efforts only awakened the sleeping beings...
- Humans: Survive the Zombie attacks until reinforcements arrive. Watch for fellow comrades who may turn into Zombies. You are authorized to kill all Zombies.
- Zombies: Those who have turned into Zombies must kill the Humans and turn them into Zombies. Zombies have higher HP and faster speeds than Humans.
Tips
There are two safe areas in this map:
- Ducts: There is a long duct in this map which can be passable by two persons. There are two entrances to this duct.
- Engine room: There are high areas to be camped in this room. Note that there is a button for the light in this room.

- Turkey: This map was released alongside M134 Minigun, K3 and Zombie: The Mutation on 7 August 2013.
- CSN:Z: This map was released alongside Open Beta Test on 23 September 2014.
- Vietnam: This map was released alongside Open Beta Test 26 March 2015.

Trivia
- There are two usable switches for lights.
- There is an unusable mounted machine gun in this map.
- Sometimes, you can get stuck when the door is closing.
- After the Free Update, the large machineries now emit sounds.
- There was a removed easter egg for this map. However, some of the remnants are still present in the map. In an inaccessible elevator near a door with sparks near it, there is usable switch. It was supposed to play a scream sound as the elevator goes down. The upper support of the elevator can also be shot from the nearby room. The support has 3500 HP and require weapons with high penetration power to be destroyed. After destroyed, it was supposed to play the sane sound but due to the fact the sound has been removed, there is nothing to be heard.
